鱈魚or比目魚 Black cod or halibut—1片
*可以代用鯛魚or鮭魚
白菜 Chinese cabbage—1/4個
山茼蒿 Shun giku—1~2把
鴻禧菇 Shimeji mushrooms—約100g
豆腐 Tofu—200g
紅蘿蔔 Carrot-6~8片

日式高湯 Dashi—約600cc
醬油 Soy sauce—約1大匙
鹽巴 Salt—1/2小匙

白蘿蔔 Daikon-約200g
紅辣椒 Chili pepper-1支

[ Ponzu沾醬 ]
醬油 Soy sauce—100cc
檸檬汁 Lemon juice—100cc
味淋 Mirin—2~3大匙
柴魚片 Katsuo bushi—5g
昆布 Konbu—5cm
七味粉 Nanami powder—少許
蔥花 Chopped green onion--少許
